School menus have a new format and new choices!
In an effort to increase efficiency and go green, printed monthly menus are no longer necessary. A menu cycle is now determined at the beginning of each school year and used for the entire year. See the breakfast and lunch menu cycles and also the listing of dates when each menu item will be served in your child’s school.
If your student loves to go out for Chinese, they’ll love the new Asian Beef and Signature Pasta day gives students a taste of Italy. At middle and high schools, students can now choose from two different hot entrée choices each day.
Let us know what you and your student think of the new choices!

Students who eat a healthy breakfast at home or at school:
Breakfast is available to all students in Cherry Creek Schools and those who qualify for free and reduced-price meals can also receive breakfast each day free of charge. While this service is available, a number of our students do not participate in the breakfast program on a regular basis.
Menu items at breakfast include breakfast burrito, breakfast bread, yogurt parfait, and oatmeal breakfast round. Each day there is also a variety of cereal, vanilla yogurt, and toast. In addition to their main entrée students can choose milk and fruit to round out the meal.
Check with your school for breakfast times.
If there’s no time at home, your student can eat breakfast at school each day!
Students can apply for Free and Reduced-Price Meals at any time
Students and families are able to complete an application for free and reduced-price meals at any time during the school year. If you believe your student may qualify for free and reduced-price meals, an application can be completed online at www.ccsdcafe.org
or by paper with an application from your kitchen manager. If a student qualifies for free and reduced price meals, they may eat breakfast and lunch at school each school day free of charge.
If you have any questions about breakfast or lunch at your child’s school, please contact your school’s kitchen manager.
